This project includes a 2 story high rise residential building with a custom cape cod place. It was built in 2016 and has is built like a smart home house. The style of each home is a Modern Cape Cod with a blend of both traditional and luxury. The home is in close proximity to Los Angeles' two major interstate highways, the 101 & 405. It is located in the heart of Sherman Oaks within a mile radius of the newly State-of-the-Art Ralph's, a few more grocery stores, restaurants such as Izaka-Ya and Chipotle, and retail stores throughout Ventura.

The all white exterior with a mix of Board and Batten and Fiber-Cement Siding gives the home a classic-traditional look. Upon stepping inside, the traditional feel fades and the luxury design takes over. The homes contain lightly colored floors, wood panel walls, uniquely designed powder rooms, and recessed lighting throughout. The biggest draw of the house is the central open floor plan that combines the kitchen, breakfast area, and entertainment room all in one space. This space leads to the exterior covered patio that flushes with a staggered IPE Wood Deck all around the Zero-Edge Pool.

With one being a raised foundation and the other being slab on grade, the NAT team was about to build the houses to it's CORE in a record breaking 3 months. The duration of ground up construction for Katherine was a remarkable 9 months from the demolition of the previous structure to the final grass patch being planted. This was done by efficient construction management, detailing and dynamic budgeting, and strong leadership from our project team.
