This project includes a 4 story high rise residential building with one story below grade and roof deck located in the heart of West Hollywood. The property was originally built in 2015 and sold in 2019 for $3,000,000. There are 30 residential units situated in Santa Monica and La Cienega.

We teamed up with Fitness Design Group in order to create an inspiring fitness amenity with top of the line equipment. The design provides a nice space for cardio, balanced with adequate space for functional exercises, strength training, and recovery practices. A soft, subtle color palette, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors draw tenants in, encouraging frequent use of the gym. Fleetwood Slider Doors are installed all along the Fitness Center allowing for an indoor-outdoor exercise experience.



One of the main highlights of this uniquely shaped building is its facade cut-outs that open up a large outdoor space facing the North Side of Hollywood Hills. With 180 degree views and an open, two tiered layout, this area is sure to assist with any outdoor entertaining needs. The amenity deck features a Full Wooden Deck Flooring, a 8′ Long Dry Bar equipped with Mini Fridge, a Mobile Fire Pit, and a Stairway Connecting 3rd and 4th Floor.
