This dream home was one of our first value-add projects in Los Angeles. Innovest Group found an underappreciated home in the middle of the Laurel Canyon after it was on the market in 2006. The location was a perfect match as it shares the quiet neighborhood in Hollywood Hills, as well as a 5-minute drive to Sunset Strip. The home was run-down with poor finishes and a poor floor plan; however, the large lot had the significant and rare potential for an entertainers yard in the middle of the city.

With the help of our in-house interior design, each detail of the home contains a great detail of work with meticulously crafted choices to meet the highest of standards. To give the home a more lavish and dramatic feel, the home offers a truly rare Tuscan-inspired villa that opens to lavishly manicured park-like grounds with towering mature trees and lush tropical landscaping. The highlight of the grounds is a double outdoor staircase with a dramatic waterfall feature that flows directly into the sparkling pool with an adjacent alfresco dining area. With a custom glass spa, fire pit, and basketball courts the home further highlights the resort-like grounds. The home was eventually sold two years later to a famous music artist with a negotiated built-in music studio on the ground level.
